East 33 Limited (E33) is a vertically integrated Sydney Rock Oyster (SRO) producer, processor and supplier. They hold a unique position in the industry, overseeing all elements of the SRO life cycle. This involvement starts at the hatchery and nursery, where young oysters are carefully cultivated, and extends all the way to supporting experienced production farmers across multiple locations. E33 then takes over the process with its own facilities, ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout until the oysters reach their final destination. Currently, their operations are centered in the prime oyster growing regions of Wallis Lake, Port Stephens and the Camden Haven River in New South Wales.
