Jade Gas Holdings Limited (JGH) focuses on coal bed methane (CBM) potential in Mongolia. Its flagship project, the Coal Bed Methane gas project under the Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) area of Tavantolgoi XXXIII unconventional oil basin (TTCBM Project), is managed by subsidiary Methane Gas Resource LLC (MGR) in partnership with Erdenes Methane LLC (EM), the Mongolian Government's representative. The JV aims to explore, develop, and produce gas from the TTCBM Project permit (Jade 60%, EM 40%) in South Gobi, Mongolia. JGH aims to provide a reliable gas supply to Mongolia's capital city, Ulaanbaatar, and regional areas. MGR, owned 60% by Jade's subsidiary, JM, and 40% by EM, operates CBM operations within the Tavantolgi XXIII unconventional gas basin.
