Nido Education Limited (NDO) is a national owner, operator, and manager of long-day early childhood education and care services, which they refer to as "Centres" or "child care Centres". These services are provided under the Nido Early School brand, known for its commitment to quality early childhood education. The group currently owns and operates 28 Centres across the country. In conjunction with its Initial Public Offering (IPO), the Group has contracted to acquire an additional 24 Centres. This acquisition process will commence immediately following the IPO, thereby expanding the Nido Centre portfolio to a total of 52 owned and operated Centres. This strategic growth is aimed at enhancing their reach and ability to provide exceptional early childhood education and care services to a broader community.
