Despite Investor Interest, Fuse Minerals IPO on Hold

Fuse Minerals is an exploration company focused on discovering mineral resources to support our future economy. It recently began mobilising investors for its initial public offering but it is unlikely to go on. The IPO will not continue at this time, but the company’s projects have good prospects and an experienced team illustrates it has strong prospects. Working based on favourable exploration prospects and good geological settings, Fuse Minerals has identified three highly prospective project areas in Australia. These projects can ensure medium to long-term revenue growth for the company driven by high copper prices. With the IPO now suspended indefinitely, investors can obtain refunds in line with the Corporations Act of Australia.

Investors are Set to Get a Refund on Application Fees

As the Fuse Offer has been withdrawn and it is no longer fundraising for now, your application has been refunded in full.  In light of this, Fuse Minerals have processed a refund into the bank account you nominated in your application. If you did not nominate a bank account, please follow the steps below to submit your bank account details.

  1. Use the Automic Investor Portal: If you have already registered, enter your username and password and click "log in". If you have not yet registered, click "register" and follow the prompts. Once you have logged in, click on "profile". You can then select "edit" in the Payment Details section. Once you have added your payment details, click "save".

OR

  1. Complete the Direct Credit Facility form Should you have any questions about your application, please contact Automic between 8.30 am and 7.00 pm (AEDT) on 1300 288 664 within Australia or +61(2) 9698 5414 from outside Australia, or via email at corporate.actions@automicgroup.com.au.

Fuse to Carry on with Exploration Projects

Stephen Francis Pearson – Non-Executive Director:

Mr. Pearson is a geologist with over 15 years of experience across several commodities. Together with Mr. Axford, he is equally the director of GTTA and has worked extensively for ASX-listed companies.

Nyunggai Warren Stephen Mundine AO – Non-Executive, Independent Director and Chairperson: Mr. Mundine AO is a well-respected and influential businessman and an advocate for empowering indigenous people in Australia to build businesses and sustainable companies. With over 40 years of experience working in the public, private, and community sectors, he has successfully advised successive Australian governments since 2004 and has worked in high-level cabinet positions in Australia protecting indigenous rights.

High Commodity Prices will Support Mineral Prices

Copper prices have risen in recent weeks on the back of mine closures in Chile and Peru and a recovery in global demand as countries transition towards more sustainable economies. Copper prices are now estimated at close to $9000 per ton for the 3-month forward contract, which will support both mineral companies such as Fuse Ltd. Furthermore, with the energy transition in full swing, demand for rare earth minerals and other metals will rise as well, supporting Fuse minerals revenues over the long run.

The decision to suspend Fuse Minerals IPO should not cause alarm to potential investors as this will allow the company to focus on its exploration projects and on generating revenue. Furthermore, the company has a range of projects that will support demand for renewable-related metals. However, investors will be able to get a refund for their application fees in line with the Australian Corporations Act.
